Terri Krul: In the Still of the Night

Canadian-born and Michigan-raised, Ms. Krul began her vocal journey at the age of four, singing harmonies to Ella Fitzgerald and Frank Sinatra under the tutelage of the classically-trained Barabra Casler.  To Ms. Krul's great fortune, Casler also just happened to be her mother -- an accomplished musician and San Diego night club owner from the 1980’s through to her passing in 1998.  Barbara Casler was a bright light in Ms. Krul's life and as a tribute to her mother’s loving spirit, she recorded her first album in 2002 and donated all proceeds to the San Diego Lung Association.

This memorable album, I Thought About You, featuring such favorites as "They Can't Take That Away From Me" and "Loverman," is no longer available at www.californialung.org.  Please contact Terri if you wish to purchase a copy. All proceeds from this album will continue to be donated to the Lung Association.

While living in the Midwest, Ms. Krul worked as an award-winning stage actress and became a member of a professional acting company, the Human Race.  Ms. Krul then moved to San Diego in the mid 1980’s and is still in love with the great city today.

Since coming to San Diego, she has taught voice both privately and at Christian Youth Theater.
Ms. Krul has performed at many private and corporate functions as well as venues such as the Escape, WD’s, and Red Tracton.  Most recently Ms. Krul and Tad Sisler have performed together at Mille Fleurs and Manhattan of La Jolla.  Check out the events page for her upcoming engagements!
